Erreur Mise à jour 0x800f0845

Question

Bonjour, depuis novembre 2020 je n'arrive pas à installer la mise à jour de fonctionnalité Windows 10 version 20H2. Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider et que faire car le pc n'arrête pas de vouloir l'installer et à chaque fois il doit faire une réparation et annuler les modifications. Je ne comprends vraiment pas où est le problème Merci à tous Cordialement

Thanks for your reply.

To be honest, there are many reasons why we fail to install the feature update. What is the windows version of the client? 2004 or 1909. Have you install the latest SSUs and CUs. If not, I recommended to install the latest SSUs and CUs first. And then, we could try to install the feature update for Windows 10 20h2.

In addition, the Windows Update assistant maybe help if you want to upgrade to the latest Windows version. Please refer to the below link to download the Windows Update Assistant:

Of course, we could do more research if you want to upgrade by WSUS or SCCM or other methods. Please help to provide the error information of the windowsupdate.log and CBS.log.

From november 2020, i can't install the update for windows 10 version 20H2. Laptop tells error 0x800f0845 and cancel the modification and repaired window. after i can start again, but this installation update constantly want to run, wat can i do ? wat is the problem ?
Laptop is Lenovo Ideapad S145. Thanks to help me .
