About Microsoft defender ATP installation,

I'm currently using Microsoft 365 (M365) Developer Subscription for testing via "https://my.visualstudio.com/benefits."
I want to install Microsoft Defender ATP, but is it correct that it cannot be installed with a developer subscription (E5) license?
If there is any way to install it in developer subscription(E5), please let me know.
