Relative Mouse on cloud vm through mstsc

As the title asks, is there a way to activate relative mouse mode in mstsc like in chrome rdp?

    the built-in Remote Desktop (RDP) client, also known as MSTSC (Microsoft Terminal Services Client), doesn't have a direct feature or setting to activate a "relative mouse mode" like the one available in some third-party solutions such as Chrome Remote Desktop.
