unable to register for azure certification exam

I am getting following error : Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge •Clear all cache and cookies •Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge when I try to open this link for registration https://examregistration.microsoft.com/ any solution for this? I tried in edge browser as well same error.
