WA Claims Detail Report

I was able to run a claims detail report for market WA, but now I get an error message "The permissions granted to user 'US\AC91596' are insufficient for performing this operation."     It seems the issue is related with the permissions of the user 'US\AC91596'.

    Please refer granting-permissions-on-a-native-mode-report-server to give the permission.
