Loading Error

When trying to access files in Teams, it gives the error "loading chunk 5 failed" (error: https://statics.teams.cdn.office.net/hashedjs/precompiled-default~bridges-services-channel-prefetch~bridges-services-files-prefetch~channel-files~external-fil~f4287483.min.c1ee688a7cb7e753.js). How do I fix this?

    Hello @S Green ,

    This looks like an issue due to the cache in your computer. Please try the following steps and see if it helps

    1. Sign Out teams
    2. Uninstall teams
    3. Delete C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Teams folder
    4. Delete C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Teams
    5. Reboot the computer
    6. Install teams latest version
    7. Reboot the computer again
    8. Login teams and check again
