How to avoid seeing sign in page in UWP in Assigned Access mode?

Hi,
i have created a UWP app without windows.aboveLockScreen extension. i installed this app in a local account & restart my pc from the local account. now pc goes to the local account upon restart and land in a Sing In page. when i click signin , then only launch the UWP app.
But i want to launch the UWP app automatically when app restarts. what i have to do ?
Kindly help me.

Sorry for delay reply.
Yes i changed my app with the recommended windows.aboveLockScreen . and i proceed the testing of Assigned access as below.
- I created new Local user in my same development machine which is of Windows Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.239) and assigned the newly created local user with my UWP app for assigned access. The app automatically launched when i restart the pc sometimes.. but sometimes it just landed in the Sign-in page.
- I created new local user in another new machine and assigned the newly created local user with my UWP app for assigned access. in that pc, my UWP app is always launched automatically in assigned access mode.
To find what could be the reason it was not working in my pc, i referred the UWP assigned access guideline. but i failed to figure out any to solve the problem :(
could you please help me to solve this?
