Logic App gives blank success result instead of "false" action of true/false conditional

Question

My team is attempting to use Logic Apps to run a flow involving a true/false conditional. However, when processing a batch that contains both true and false data, when false data is encountered, instead of properly running the actions triggered by a false condition, we instead get a blank "success" result. What might be the reasons for this and how can it be remedied?
