I have not been able to put a finger on why this is happening but we do not seem to be getting all the results displayed when we search for an item in our document library with a partial title. Please see screenshots below;

Documents we are searching for

Searching with just "Pamphlet"

Searching with entire title

The documnts are there and search knows about them however they all do not show.

    @Echo Du_MSFT

    Thank you this appears to have fixed the issue... There were some other issues in there around where the search was going for its results page however I have resolved this with a temporary fix until we move to SharePoint Online.

    Kind Regards,

    Daniel.
