Remove (older) Azure Active Directory

Hi, I'm trying to remove an older azure AD environment, removing applications results in the error: Failed to delete application . Error detail: Deletion of system application is not allowed. [mWWF7IGw/sRwHh1eJZZZcr] Same error occurs when connecting with powershell and running: Get-AzureADServicePrincipal | Remove-AzureADServicePrincipal As far as i can find there are also no licenses active and the subscription in the portal seems to be created for AAD: Subscription: Access to Azure Active Directory Offer: AAD All i know that this is an old subscription.
