error when trying to register an MPN ID on publisher verification process

Question

Hi,

we try to configure an application's publisher domain so that our app is not marked as unverified in office store

We follow instruction as describe in this page

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/howto-configure-publisher-domain

Although all the requirements seems OK to us:

• our organization is MPN and vetted
• user that is trying this operation is an admin
• domain that we are using is same as in vetting process

We still face an error when trying to save our MPN ID

Any idea where the problem could come from?

I have been through this document, but it still does not work

FYI, I have raised a ticket and Microsoft support team said that there is an issue on Microsoft side and I need to wait until product team fix it
