Unable to install visual studio community 2019 (2020-March)

Question

Hi, yesterday March 3th 2021, I realized that having to make a change to the visual studio IDE, the installer did not start. This morning, having time, I formatted the PC and I'm having the same problem. Does it seem to be a server-side problem? Please could you confirm that?

And try to run the following command line from the installer directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer) to launch your Visual Studio Installer:
vs_installer.exe --locale en-US

If it doesn’t work, I need your help to collect some installation logs. Please download and run this collect.exe tool, go to %temp% folder and find the vslogs.zip file, upload it to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.
