Outlook 2013 and 2016 client connection interrupted

HI engineer,
I would like to ask about the occasional interruption of outlook 2013 client when connecting to exchange server 2010. The interruption lasts about 10 seconds and the connection is normal. Is there any good way to check?

Server:Exchange2010 sp3 ru31
Windows :windows Server2008R2
Office Versions:Office 2010&2013&2016

    Hi @超 邓 ,

    To my knowledge, this issue to be narrowed down as many factors could be a cause like Anti-virus, network, add-ins, emails with attachments, archived emails, etc.

    What exactly happens when during the interruption?
    What is the status of Outlook - disconnected or trying to connect?
    Outlook online mode or cached mode?
    Have you checked the "Connection status" of outlook during the issue (Ctrl+right click on outlook icon in system tray)

    Also, please note that Exchange 2010 is out of support, please upgrade to the supported version.

    Do all of your users meet the issue or just some of them specifically?
    Try starting Outlook in safe mode and check the connectivity again:

    outlook.exe /safe  

    You might find some clues by checking the IIS log according to the time that interruption happens, it's located in %SystemDrive%\inetpub\logs\LogFiles.
