Bitlocker Recovery Key Not Accessible on Microsoft Account

I am trying to access my computer that has had an issue turning on, now when it turns on it requests the BitLocker recovery key. I'm not certain it is saved or backed up on a USD or SD card, however under Microsoft support it gives the different ways to access the recovery key. On my Microsoft account it says "BitLocker ON (1 of 1 drives)" but the issue is when I click on the corresponding link "Get BitLocker recovery keys" it results in the following message:

"Try a different URL

We don’t have anything to show you at this link. Try searching for what you want, instead."

Please let me know if there is another way to address this or be able to access the recovery key. I've already talked to support with three times with no helpful information. Thanks.

I had the same issue. After a bit of research I found that Microsoft removed the URL of the keys, but forgot to update the links. The keys can now be found here: https://onedrive.live.com/RecoveryKey

This should be shared by Microsoft on their website. I was minutes away from doing a factory reset of my computer because I couldn’t get into it. Thank you for this

    Hello,

It is possible that the message you received is due to incorrect user account information. Are you sure you're signing with the correct Microsoft account? Also, is your device connected to a domain? If you're still getting the same error message after confirming that it is the correct account, we advise getting in touch with the IT administrator of your company or school.

If your device is not connected to a domain, we recommend posting your query on TechNet. The IT Pro audience on TechNet can provide better assistance on how to find your BitLocker recovery key. Please post your question in the TechNet Windows 10 Security forum.

Feel free to post back if you have questions about other Microsoft services.
