Why are we getting this Windows Autopilot update?

Windows Update has just release a "KB4523786 Cumulative update for Autopilot in Windows 10 v1903". Both Windows Pro and Windows Home systems are getting this. WHY?  According to the release notes, we should not be getting this. My system has no such product or feature installed.

A Windows Autopilot update, which was targeted as part of the out of box experience for new devices, was incorrectly offered to customers running Windows Home edition during regular scheduled Windows update scan. Once we became aware of the issue, we stopped distribution of the update. No action is required on your part.

I also got this update on Windows 10 Pro

I am going to uninstall it now, manually.

Edit: Ok, so I uninstalled it and under the installed updates it is now gone.

But in the Windows Update history it is still shown as successfully installed with the date it was originally installed.

Uninstalling an update does not change the WU History.

Just one of the quirks in WU.
