As per your query you are unable to login to OneDrive so in this case you have to perform steps which are provided below:
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- Check if there are any service outages or maintenance ongoing for OneDrive.
- Make sure that your OneDrive application is UpToDate if it is not then you can install it from the link provided here: Download the OneDrive App for PC, Mac, Android, or iOS – Microsoft OneDrive
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try signing in again by the link provided here: onedrive.live.com
- Try signing in using a different browser or in incognito/private mode by the link provided here: onedrive.live.com
- Restart your laptop and try signing in again.
