Teams missing Meet now button

Question

Hello,

I have a problem with Microsoft Teams. The button Meet now in channels is missing since begining and haven’t shown even after update. Only schedule a meeting is there. If I login with another account from my organization everything is ok.

Another problem is that in my account the new option for downloading the list of participants in a  meeting is missing too.

It looks like that the "Meet Now" feature is disabled by your IT administrator in Teams meeting policies. Please contact your school IT administrator and make sure that the following

Hi,

If this policy is in the organization level I don't think that this is the problem because if I sign in with another account everything is ok, the button is there.

Also from the other account I can download meeting participants list

Could you please let me know does both account belong to the same school?

Yes , both accounts belong to the same school.

It is the same thing opening Teams in browser, in Desktop app or in mobile app. Nowhere "Meet Now" button is shown.

I suspect there is some custom policy preventing "Meet Now" feature, I would advise you contact your IT administrator and ensure that there is no custom group policy in MS teams meeting policies.
