Azure Portal Unable to view Resources/Resource Groups

So I am going through the learning paths on working with Azure. I have been using the provided Sandbox option and it has been working fine for the past few weeks.
However, today I started up a sandbox and it seems to be working fine on the CLI present in the Learning Path itself.
However, when I open up the Microsoft Learn Subscription + Directory on the portal (Microsoft Learn Sandbox: learn.learn.microsoft.com), no resources, or resource groups are visible.
If I create a resource from the portal, it gets successfully deployed but clicking on "Go to Resource" does not show the resource.

In both cases, I am getting the error:

An error occured when trying to fetch resources. Additional details from the underlying API that might be helpful: Please provide below info when asking for support: timestamp = <timestamp>, correlationId =<guid> (Code: AccessDenied) Access is denied to the requested resource. The user might not have enough permission. (Code: AccessDenied)

Does anyone know why this happens or how I can get it to work.
I have tried it with multiple exercises now but it does not seem to want to work.

    Hi @Afroze ,

    Based off your screenshot, this looks like a permissions issue when it comes to using the MS Learn Sandbox. I was able to look into this a little further and will post my findings below.

    Findings:

    1.Since this looks like an authorization issue, have you tried signing in through a new, private browser window? If that still doesn't fix the issue, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies, or log in with an incognito window.

    • You can review more at Troubleshooting MS Learn Known issues. Additionally, at the bottom of that link you can also report feedback regarding the product or functionality.
    • Please note that due to the impact of the global health pandemic, Azure resources are being prioritized towards health and safety organizations. You may experience some issues when you deploy resources used in the exercises. Please try again or choose a different region.

    2.If restarting your session/browser doesn't resolve your issue, you can always add the IAM permissions to your subscription (if you are the owner of that sub).

    Hi,
    Run Get-AzResourceGroup and check your subscription ID for the resource group. Something like below.

    Restart the session with Connect-AzAccount -SubscriptionId "your sub id"
