The site you need to use to create an account and get a key is https://www.bingmapsportal.com/. I am not aware of any special navigation so maybe you should tray another browser?

Hi I have followed the steps as per this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/bingmaps/getting-started/bing-maps-dev-center-help/getting-a-bing-maps-key to create an apiKey. But when I access my account the page reloads when I click on any of the Navbar elements (My account Data sources Announcements Contacts & Info) I don't understand this kind of functional behavior. How can I get my API Key? Thank you
