Microsoft 365 Invoice, is real or possible scam?

Hello,

Yesterday, I received an email of "microsoft-noreply@microsoft.com" with a purchase of four MS 365 Business Basic packs. I didn't have that purchase, and I'd like to know if this is real or a scam? I don't have any additional charge on my credit card and when I try to login into Microsoft Admin Center, it tells me that my email is not a professional or educative account, so I can't check if this invoice is real because even there is an Order ID. I'd like to know if someone else received something similar, but I only want to be sure it won't charge me that value in future.

I attached the screenshots of the email invoice.

Thanks for your help.

    Dear César Guzmán2;

    Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

    While “microsoft-noreply@microsoft.com” is a legitimate Microsoft domain, scammers can spoof email addresses to make them appear genuine. Kindly don't trust any emails that come from senders with suffixes other than microsoft.com; they are probably phishing/scams. To investigate further and provide the reliable information, requested to provide the sender email address, please hover the cursor on the sender and check the sender. Please provide the message header in private message for further investigation.

    To View private messages; click on Profile Picture at top of the right side > Select My Profile option > then click View Private Messages under the 'Edit profile' on About me page.

    In the meantime, avoid clicking on any links, replying to it or downloading attachments from the email until you have confirmed its legitimacy. Basically, the official Microsoft account team****uses the domain of email address as @accountprotection.microsoft.com, it is used to send notifications about your Microsoft account.

    I hope the above information will be helpful. Please feel free to let me know if there are any updates or if I've got you wrong. If still have any concern, please let me know so I can provide further suggestion.

    We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation. Thanks for your precious time!

    Hello

    I had a similar email. Without realizing, I have clicked the link and logged in to my office 365 account. As soon as I logged in, I realized my mistake, I right away changed the password and logged out of all other devices and every where. My account is enabled with multi factor authentication.

    I keep watching login activity since then. Is there anything else I should watch for, I am still blaming myself for logging in right away impulsively

    Please advise if there are any other security measure I need to do. I use authenticator on my phone as my MFA. Is this still advisable

    Thanks
