    I think you should need WebBrowser.DocumentCompleted Event.

            private void Form1_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)  
            {  
                WebBrowser WebBrowser = new WebBrowser();  
                WebBrowser.DocumentCompleted += WebBrowser_DocumentCompleted;  
            }  
      
            private void WebBrowser_DocumentCompleted(object sender, WebBrowserDocumentCompletedEventArgs e)  
            {  
               //do your function  
            }
