Error 0x80071771- how to open files from old disk?

Hi My laptop's old main disc was crashed and was need to send it to the service for replacing with the new one, they renewed my disc and destroyed the old one which is my original windows 10 pro exist, before sending it to the service I have copied important files to my USB card. Now I activated my old win-10 pro on the new disc and because of that, I can't open my old files. I have tried some ways but still getting errors, I can't reach my old disc so I need to decipher files, how can I do that?
