VSS trace supported on Windows 2008

I wanted to confirm if the vss trace is supported by windows 2008 Enterprise edition? as we were getting an error ( vsstrace.exe is not a valid Wind32 application ) ![![75191-image.png][1]][1] [1]: /api/attachments/75078-image.png?platform=QnA
