Dump files:

Recently I noticed that explorer crashes whenever I leave a window of network drive opened in the background. It randomly crashes. After some searches I used a registry key to export the dump to C:\CrashDump. Above are the dump files. The crash can happen all the time with no specific criteria. I have tried several solutions online including SFC /scannow, DISM online and offline image repairs, update drivers, etc. but nothing helps. I would like to know what causes this issue and solutions. Thank you.
