I already using authenticator app for my offical account,and i want to add another offical account in authenticator app but cant able to add.

Already having offical account in authenticator app want to add another offical account so i tried it but cant able to add so i uninstalled the authenticator app and again i installed to add my account. Its takes like backup when i installed. so now the already added account is there..but cant able to access my account.. like not getting approve message not getting verification code.i dont know what to do for that..
