How do you update the Answer to a Question in Bing Maps?

Please correct me if I am wrong but it seems that the Bing Places Owner has no direct control for managing questions that are published within Bing Maps? I have searched Bing Places, Bing Webmaster Tools, Forums, and of course hit the SERPs with no luck. I did find an article referencing BERT in general for answers to questions and I am wondering if this is why I am not able to find simple instructions. Is this even a feature that can be changed?

Indeed! That is not a Bing Maps question but rather a Bing Places, Bing Webmaster tools or Bing Search question.

1. For Bing User help I recommend starting here: https://help.bing.microsoft.com/#apex/18/en-us/10011
2. For Webmaster tools, you need to create an account and get assistance while you are signed in
3. For Bing Places Support, you need to "Claim your Business" to update the values for your business
4. For Bing Search APIs, Such as entity search, you can see their topic sections at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products/azure?product=all and their documentation at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/bing/apis

The confusion comes with the panel and search bar in Bing.com/maps. While the Map itself is a Bing Map, the panel contents and search results come from Bing Search and are not actually part of the map but rather overlayed Bing Search results.
