Authenticator backup codes not working

Question

Good day..

So i had an old phone where i created my Microsoft Authenticator account for Facebook and Instagram and i also got my backup codes for them..
I bought a new phone and my old phone was already reseted or deleted all data..
I installed fb to my new phone and i successfully accessed it with my Microsoft Authenticator code, But for some reason my Instagram backup codes are not working.
I tried all of my backup codes but no luck.

I think Microsoft Authenticator backup codes have a problem.. i tried reaching out Instagram support but even i send them my whole selfie and code key to them they won't let me get access to my account in Instagram.

Please help me to deactivate my Instagram Microsoft Authenticator code log in.

I want to gain access of my Instagram.
