In the past I configured my outlook to track my emails..if the users open or delete my sent emails.
Did you configure your Outlook via File>Option>Message>Tracking> check/uncheck these options?
If so, have you performed any other operations except if? Based on my tests, I wouldn't receive the notification once I uncheck these options in my Outlook 365(version 2102), if you have indeed turned off this option but still receiving tracking message, the issue may be related to your client itself, so what's the version of your outlook desktop client(file>office account>about outlook), please first ensure that you have updated to the latest version of Outlook.
Also, in order to further analyze your issue, whether you received all receipts for all sent mails? Or did these notifications come from any specific users?
As I know, the feature couldn't work normally when our client is corrupted, in this case we could try to repair Outlook to check if the issue has any difference.
