SCOM 2019: Event ID error

Hi All,

Require your assistance for the Event ID 36871 Schannel (internal error 10013/10011)

we performed the fresh installation of SCOM 2019 on windows server 2019.
the 1st management server installation was success, however when we look at the events in System Log we see the above error Event ID.

Description: A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013.
