Can i install R server and R services both at once while installing Sql server 2016 ?

I can see below error after completing the sql server 2016 installation, it ends up failing for R-server and R-services feature, what could be the possible solution for this please explain in detail. Thanks in advance.

    Hi @srikanth rangavarjula ,
    You could install SSRS after installing Sql Server2016, but I don't know what error you encountered? It seems that there is no error message in your description.
    You could refer to: Install SQL Server Reporting Services.
    Follow the steps in the link for installation and configuration.
