Chat meeting guests

Hello !

How a guest can have access to the chat during a meeting ?
Only members of my company have access during a meeting, not the guests.

Could you provide us a screenshot of the guest in a Teams meeting if possible?

Could guests in your organization have access to private chat and channel chat?

In general, chat feature is enabled for guests. You could confirm with IT admin if he turns off Chat feature for guest in Microsoft Teams admin center as below:

Here the screenshot.
Yes, guests have access to private chat and channel chat, but they can't see the feature during a meeting. Members can see the chat and discuss, guests no.

It seems that the guests in your scenario are the anonymous users.
If a user joins a Teams meeting as anonymous, he indeed cannot use the chat feature.
