An internal error has occured

When user tries to do the RDP to the Windows server 2012R2 , they all recieve repetitve error saying “An internal error has occured” before they are finally allowed to connect. Could any please suggest some solution to avoid this error.

    I recommend you to do following process.

    Select the Experience tab and uncheck Persistent bitmap caching.
