Visual studio 2019 installer freeze and crash

Hi, Visual studio 2019 installer dosn't work. Freeze and crash on startup. I followed this guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/it-it/visualstudio/install/install-visual-studio?view=vs-2019 but the problem persist. I have checked the VS log files you shared with us, the error recorded in the log file, “Error 0x80131537: Application failed with an uncaught exception: Stringa non riconsciuta come valore DateTime valido.”, has been reported in our Developer Community and this issue is currently under investigation. Visual Studio Product Team will help to find the cause and fix this issue.
