    Hi,

    Downgrade from Windows 10 IOT ENT 2016 LTSB to Windows 10 Pro is not supported, please see, Supported Windows 10 downgrade paths.

    We may have to perform a clean install of Windows 10 Pro and a Windows 10 Pro product key is needed.
