Hi,

Could anyone please let me know if Azure backup configured with LRS in zone redundant?

I have had a Google around but can't find any documentation to answer one way or the other.

Thanks

@probi If your question is from storage redundancy perspective, Zone redundant storage (ZRS) then the answer is Azure Backup doesn't support ZRS yet.

    Hi @probi,

As the name says. LRS is Locally redundant. But it replicates three times in synchronous writes withn same datacenter.

There is a single point of failure situation, if the Data Centre is entirely offline. However, Microsoft does commit to a 99.9% SLA for read and writes operations for data stored in LRS datastores.
