Data Factory event triggers have stopped working

I am using event Trigger to trigger my 2nd pipeline when the 1st pipeline creates a blob in the strage account. This was working as expected but suddenly the event trigger stopped functioning. Any issue at you end as i read about some previous issues with event trigger.

    How does your pipeline creates the Blob. Is it using Copy Data activity ? I have tried in my environment and creating Blob through pipeline (using Copy Data activity ) triggers other pipeline dependent on Blob Creation without any issues ? ( Please see gif below)
