Can you Failback to on-prem using ASR even if you dont have access Azure for some reason?

Is it possible to failback to servers on prem even if you unable to reach Azure for whatever reason? And Azure is still up of course for everyone else.

    As far your question: No. The machines which you want to fail back from Azure have to be able to talk to the configuration server on-prem. Additionally, the on-prem CS/PS won’t work if it can’t talk to Azure anyways.
