can we replace workgroup computer self-signed certificate?

hello
we have windows 10 computers in our network, that are in workgroup.
and we have openssl certificate authority (public and private keys).
we would like to know, if we can replace the self-signed certificate of those computers with a new certificate generated from this ca authority?

    Yes, you can. Just follow the procedures you used to deploy existing CA certificate.
