Azure Marketplace - Can I publish an APP which my partner company owned it?

Company-A is a Product Company and would like to publish their product in Azure Marketplace in the name of Company-B. The Product is owned by Company-A and will manage the Licenses only. Company B will take the INFRA part like Azure provisioning, support, managing kind of things. Company B is already a SILVER PARTNER. Please advise !
