I will soon need to move my small company to a new Office 365 tenant. What are the implications for our Dynamics CRM instance, which is currently -- as far as users and licencing goes -- managed and accessed via our existing tenant? We would of course need to migrate it over to the new Tenant. Can this be done simply?

Hi Michel,
Thanks for the updates.
Since you want to move a CRM instance, to ensure you receive the best support, it’s recommended you post this question with detailed information at our Microsoft CRM Forumbecause our forum mainly focuses on Office 365 Business Plan Online services and we have limited resources dealing with CRM instance related issues.
Your understanding and time are very much appreciated.
Best regards,
Mouran
Thank you Mouran, much appreciated. I note that the link you provide is for moving mailboxes, but in fact I need to move a CRM instance. Do you have an equivalent link for CRM? thanks again, Michel
Hi Michel,
Thanks for the private message.
I have escalated the case to our relevant team and one of the engineers tell me it’s possible to migrate the data from your current tenant to the new tenant. You need to have another CRM subscription active on the new tenant and then shift the data from one to another. For more information about how to migrate the data, you may refer to:
Please let me know if anything is unclear.

Hi Michel,
To check if the Dynamic CRM instance can be migrated from your current tenant to a new Office 365 tenant, we need to collect some tenant information of your organization to double check it.
I have sent you a private message to collect the tenant information. Please follow the steps below to respond to it:
