Help !!!! i don't change coexistence mode in admin Teams center

Hi, My issue is chage Coexistence mode from Team Only to island. But, in the left navigation go to Org-wide setting **>TeamUpgrade >**Screen admin center show: Congratulations! Your organization is already in Teams. Please help me,thank's

Do you mean you cannot change the coexistence mode in Teams admin center?

Could you provide the screenshot about your error message?

As a workaround, you can try to run the following command to change coexistence mode to see if it works for you:
Grant-CsTeamsUpgradePolicy -PolicyName Island -Global

Starting from October 1, 2018, Skype for Business online is no longer included in Microsoft Office 365 for new customers that have fewer than 500 seats. So seems you had also purchased O365 Busniess subscription after that mention date and this is the reason that you don’t have any option to move from Teams to Skype for Business.
