How to enable Microsoft certification email updates?

How to enable Microsoft certification email updates? I can not get any of the emails from Microsoft. I've completed some of the certifications and also got an MCT, but I have not to get these.

    I usually get emails on my email Id which I use to schedule a certification saying - Congrats, you passed and few more details on accessing certificate, transcript, badge etc..
