Had issues with hard drive and windows just got a new hdd and keep getting error code 0x8007000D - 0x4002C

I am having this same issue, my new computer is a MacBook and the windows creation tool is a windows program which won’t work on a mac! I don’t have a spare windows machine so how do I create what I need on a mac. Tried formatting a 16GB USB using disk utility, downloaded the ISO, mounted then copied files except install.wim to USB, split install.wim into install.wsm & install2.wsm by get this error

Hi ,

In the recommended case, use media creation tools to create an installation drive and be a different USB flash drive than the one you are using.

Select Download tool now, and select Run. You need to be an administrator to run this tool.

If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.

On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.

The application will automatically identify the correct version of windows 10 for your system, from Next.

Select which media you want to use USB Media

Hi ,

Create a new installation drive using another USB flash drive.

Check if TPM is active.

Check if Secure Boot and CSM are disabled in the BIOS.

What is the configuration of your PC or laptop model?

I ended up using archive.org and downloaded windows 11 x 64 22h2 build-22622 and used ventroy to launch it in my computer that wasn’t working
