Had issues with hard drive and windows just got a new hdd and keep getting error code 0x8007000D - 0x4002C

    Hi ,

    In the recommended case, use media creation tools to create an installation drive and be a different USB flash drive than the one you are using.

    Select Download tool now, and select Run. You need to be an administrator to run this tool.

    If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.

    On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.

    The application will automatically identify the correct version of windows 10 for your system, from Next.

    Select which media you want to use USB Media

    That suggests a problem with Windows update

    Open settings -> troubleshoot -> other troubleshooters

    select fix windows update
