How to get account games from xbox live

I want to retrieve account games from xbox live account. Is it possible to do it?

I was trying to fetch games using inventory endpoint - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/gaming/xbox-live/api-ref/xbox-live-rest/uri/marketplace/uri-inventoryget, but always receive empty results. Looks like it's not correct endpoint for fetching games.
