    Does this issue occur with OneDrive client?
    Please note, the tag "office-onedrive-client" focus more on general issue of OneDrive client, instead of OneDrive for web which is not supported on Q&A forum currently.

    I personally suggest you check OneDrive Service Status page for any known interruptions or outages first.
    If everything is OK, then you may try the following suggestions to have a check.

    • Change your browser.
    • Change the network enironment. If conditions permit, you can use mobile hotspots.
    • Disable or quit the security software temporarily if there is.
    • Reset IE, this action could reset some settings for network.
    • Run network commands, more detailed information, please refer to this part in "Fix Wi-Fi connection issues in Windows".
