Hi @79261742,

By "one machine didn't work", do you mean the user cannot add his account on that machine? Is there any error message?
What's the detailed version of the Outlook client?

Please compare if the Outlook version on problematic machine is the same as the normal machine. Also check if they are in the same network environment.

Besides, you can try running the Outlook Connectivity test using the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer tool and see if there would be any clues.

By the way, Exchange 2010 has hit End of Life as of October 13, 2020, so it's highly recommended to start planning migrating to Exchange 2016 or Microsoft 365.

HI Yukisun,
Sorry, wrong expression.

A CAS server doesn't work. Is there any way to check it?

I connect by changing the hosts record on the client. Outlook 2013 specifies that a server cannot connect through outlook anywhere.

I'm looking forward to your reply. At present, I'm preparing for the upgrade.

Hi @79261742,

Sorry but would you please clarify a bit more about the issue you are encountering? Do you mean you have multiple Client Access servers and are trying to enable Outlook Anywhere in your environment? If this is the case, you can only enable Outlook Anywhere on one server that is the internet-facing Client Access server. If you have a CAS array configured, then you would need to enabling Outlook Anywhere on all members. Here's a blog about configuring Outlook Anywhere on Exchange 2010 for your reference:
How to Configure Exchange Server 2010 Outlook Anywhere

Feel free to let me know if I have misunderstood anything.

HI Yukisun,
I have multiple exchange servers and all of them are in the array. At present, five exchange servers have enabled outlook anywhere, but only three can use Outlook anywhere, and the other two can't connect.

So I want to ask if there is any way to reset the outlookanywhere virtual directory, etc

look forward to your reply!
