AZURE VERIFICATION MAIL PROBLEM

Hi
when I try to create a Microsoft Azure account with my student mail adress, it says it sent a verification mail to it. But when I log into that adress there's no verification mail. I checked spams, and all other categories, and I'm sure my adress can recieve verification mails as it already did it with other services. Can you help me plz ?

    Hi @ahla jdoube , please make sure that the information you use to sign up for an account is allowed. For example, you cannot use a Google Voice or Skype phone number. Please check your inputs and let me know if this still doesn't work.
