Icons missing from Intune portal

Why are the icon options different for two of the Intune portal sites I have access to? Both screenshots are from within the DEVICES>ALL DEVICES option with one device having been selected. I can't see any option to change the views and both accounts are logged in with the same rights. Any pointers gratefully received.

    @Geraint Williams ,Thanks for the reply. From the pictures you provided, I find we switch the login account and check the different devices types.

    In fact, the available device actions are different for the different device Type (iOS, Android). We can see more details in the following link:

    Hi,

    My apologies, having a very busy time.

    OS is Android (dedicated) so it looks like this is the issue. Thank you for your assistance. Much appreciated.
