Icons missing from Intune portal

Why are the icon options different for two of the Intune portal sites I have access to? Both screenshots are from within the DEVICES>ALL DEVICES option with one device having been selected. I can't see any option to change the views and both accounts are logged in with the same rights. Any pointers gratefully received.

@Geraint Williams , From your description, it seems the device actions on two Intune portal sites are different. Could you let us know what are the two different Intune portal site?

Meanwhile, could you confirm if we check the same device when view in different Intune portal?

Thank you for your response. I'm relatively new to Intune so these may be rookie questions.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'check the same device when view in different Intune portal', how can I do that?

I log into https://endpoint.microsoft.com/ and then I can swap between customers [not tennants] and navigate to the devices. As far as I can see the portal site reads the same [as below] but one site is predominantly white with black font and the other site is predominantly black with white font and with fewer icons available. I can't see any version data to indicate any difference between the two.

To know our issue clearly, could you capture some screen shots of "then I can swap between customers [not tennants] and navigate to the devices"? As a note, please ensure all the privacy information are hoiden in the screen shots.

Meanwhile, for the black font tab, could you also confirm if we check the same device as the white font?

Please collect the information and we can go further. If there's still anything unclear, feel free to let us know.

No, we are checking different devices as they are different customers [different companies] but all devices are cellphones, iOS devices for one company and Android for the other.

@Geraint Williams ,Thanks for the reply. From the pictures you provided, I find we switch the login account and check the different devices types.

In fact, the available device actions are different for the different device Type (iOS, Android). We can see more details in the following link:

I checked the link provided which gives very useful information however from what I read the 'sync' option should be available for any device but it does not appear in this instance.

For sync option, I notice it only supports Android with enrollment type (Device administrator and Android for work only), Please check if our device is Android and if the enrolment type is in the support lists. Thanks!

Yes I suspect this may be the issue, thank you. The Android devices aren't showing any enrolment. I will look into this.
