I need some suggestions on the below queries.
One of our customers is having have on-prem SFB users having telephony via SBC and planning for direct routing for MS Teams, kindly share some step-by-step documentation.
Also, the customer has a Response Group, how do we configure the teams with Direct routing.
Few users are in SFB online and they are part of Call Q and Auto attended, Is there any configuration do we need to do when we turn on "TEAMS MODE ONLY" for the SFB online?
