Windows 2008 R2 standard SP1 suddendly reboot, after reboot can login windows

Question

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8800308c006). A dump was saved in: My server is using Windows 2008 R2 standard with SP 1, it suddenly auto reboot. after check the log , it pop up The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8800308c006). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 031521-33477-01.

anyone to know how to fix it?and idea?

The system with xeron E5-2609@2.4Ghz, 16 Gb Ram.

Windows Server 2008 R2 is out of support, you could use WinDbg to analyze your dump file to troubleshoot restart issue.
